Mingle Mobile Return Policy
At Mingle Mobile, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Please review our return policy carefully:
1. Refund Eligibility for Prepaid Service Plans:
- All prepaid service plans are refundable if requested prior to activation and within 30 days of purchase.
- If your phone service plan has been activated, you may still request a refund within 7 days from the activation date.
2. Conditions for Refund After Activation:
- To qualify for a refund after activation, your account must not exceed 5% utilization of talk, text, or data.
- If your usage exceeds 5% of your prepaid plan service, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Prepaid Plans and Promotions:
- As all plans are prepaid, refunds cannot be issued if your usage exceeds the 5% threshold. However, you will still receive the full value of your plan and can continue to use your service for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for customers who utilized any promotions, such as discounts or free trials, and were subsequently charged on the renewal date before requesting a refund.
- To avoid being charged for renewal, you must either:
- Email our support team at support@minglemobile.com to request cancellation, or
- Disable Auto-Pay through the "MyAccount" section of the Mingle Mobile app.
4. Managing Your Plan:
- If you decide to cancel future billing, you can easily turn off the auto-pay feature directly from the "MyAccount" section of the Mingle Mobile app.
5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades:
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
- For upgrades, a prorated charge will be applied, and your plan will be updated immediately.
- For downgrades, the change will take effect on your next billing cycle.
